  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Attention What are you having for dinner?

Pasta with meatballs and our own tomato ragu.

Because we mised it last night and a week without pasta one night is fucked up.

Chicken Parm. No pasta. And I made a quick salad.

Didn't miss the pasta. But I missed having some bread with my salad.

Baked whitefish and sautéed asparagus. My pee is gonna stink in the morning.

Felt lazy - Carl's Junior drive thru for a Western Bacon Cheese burger. Living in California I had better eat all the fast food I can before the price increase next month.

Look at this way--no matter how much prices go up in the next month that there will be a time when those increased prices will be "the good old days." And the way prices are going, that time could easily be this time next year!

Prime rib, garlic roasted potatoes, mixed veg, yorkshires, and a bourbon maple frozen mousse with ginger cookies.

My partner thought we should do something special to commemorate Saint Patrick's Day, so we picked up corned beef and cabbage from a local Irish pub.

After our prime rib feast last night....sandwiches on toasted ciabatta.

Leftover meatballs and small shell pasta. Made a quick salad with Romaine lettuce and cucumbers and some yellow cherry tomatoes.

I'm now having coffee and a slice of banana bread.

I was off today and made a roasted chicken, gravy, vegetables and mandolin sliced potatoes in a muffin pan.
I did it for my sister as she loves the potatoes cooked like that.

That photo reminds me...I want to take a whole potato, slice it thin but not all the way thru, add butter and garlic salt and bake/roast in my air fryer.

The whole potato thing.... would it be easier to nuke bake it first? Easier to slice. Then into the air fryer slathered with butter and garlic powder and salt and lots of pepper to get the crispiness.

You could only slice them thin when raw.
