Attention What are you having for dinner?

Easter dinner with my best friend and her husband. Smoked salmon and devil eggs for appetizers. Salad, spiral ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus bacon and shallot tart, green beans with warm bacon dressing, rolls and dessert. Martinis, of course.
 
I had a piece of the apple and streusel coffee cake I took to work Tuesday morning, with a bit of vanilla ice cream on top, so desseert.

Didn't really need dinner after that.
 
I made Tacos and they were spicy and delicious.

I have a tray of homemade brownies for dessert. And there is vanilla Haagen Dazs in the freezer. :unsure:

I love my new seafood diet.
 
Pork roast, roasted squash and broccoli smothered in a cheese sauce.
 
Homemade meatloaf, baked potato and tossed salad.

Still trying to finish off my "winter foods" before it gets hot.
 
I had a homemade roasted cauliflower soup for lunch. I think I’ll have ice cream for dinner.
