Made a Frittata with potatoes spinach and some feta cheese. And whole wheat toast. Not bad.

Mini cheese raviloi's in meat flavored pasta sauce, steamed broccoli cuts, and canned sliced pears.

I promised one of my Nephews Sicilian style meatballs with ground raisins and ricotta cheese.

Some nice semolina bread and some good provolone cheese instead of mozzarella.

just got some baby baks on sale, gonna do them on the egg with some cherry wood smoke. Mexican corn salad with fresh floriduh corn....

As I think every year on Easter, if I had young children, I could perhaps have fun making rabbit stew for Easter dinner. Garnished with a couple of jelly beans floating on top.
