I worked.

Didn't seem so bad at the time but seems somewhat lacking when compared to your weekend. :(

Good for you for getting out. Lovely scenery too.
I stayed home and cleaned.

Naughty me I worked.
But I am glad to see that you got to climb
and hike and with others.
Hope it was refreshing.
Is that the lake district?
Help a colonial to identify.

Wow, very nice pictures ..|

for me, the big event was Sunday going to Shea and watching Pedro pitch.

I went to Provincetown Mass (Cape Cod) had lunch and watch a parade of classic cars.

I have been vacationing at home in Spain.

Light workload, Lots of JUBBing. Jogging & Partying at night.

Lots of good sex.

I sat right here at the computer most of the time. I'm hellbent on a dollhouse obsession, and there's a lot to peruse. Break that up with a little JUBbing, a little work on my novel, a little TV, watering the grass, and reading a book in bed, and there you have the perfect weekend!

I tried cleaning my drag room, but I only got one corner done before I was exhausted. Though I don't think I was as exhausted as I was bored. You can only look at so many garments that you no longer fit into before you become ever so slightly depressed.

And Joe, though those scenes are very beautiful, the only one that didn't fill me with a tremor of dread was the last one. Scenery without buildings always frightens me just a little. Still, it looks like you had a great time!

Went shopping, ate some lovely meals out, drank too much alcohol but it was worth it for the laughs. Got to have sex more than once. Spent the whole of Sunday with my family and looking after my baby nephew who's a little angel.

What breathtaking scenery .... no wonder you look satisfied! ..|

I spent most of my weekend spring cleaning in the garden. Nothing terribly exciting but it was good to get all the crap cleaned out and some fresh planting done, ready for summer.

I cleaned, jubbed, made two shepherd's pies and a fuckload of truffles. And I still have today :)

Actually did the same thing Stateside. Me and the other half and my daughter and his sister and nephew climbed Mount Manadnock here in New Hampshire. Supposedly the second most climbed mountian in the world outside of Mount Fuji (according to the Mount Manadnock web site).

It was very hot and humid and my daughter forgot her inhaler for her asthma so she and I didn't get to the top. We made about 3/4 of the way and realized we didn't have enough water to make it to the top and back down.
We called the others in our party who had made the summit already and arranged to meet them near the foot.
We all met up about an hour later beside a little stream about 20 minutes from the trail head.
So we started trucking out and got caught in a thunder storm that lasted the whole way out.
Despite all that, it was a great way to spend the day.

I did sod all for the actual weekend. On Friday, I had a really good night out, though.

Spent time with the niece, had lunch with a friend, went to a roller derby match, sorted through some new music, went to a strip club, did a bit of cleaning.

Pubert got a porn star's T-shirt. :)

I envy you!

In my younger days on first arriving in France I used to hike quite frequently with a band of friends but that unfortunately is now a distant memory.

For those who had sex I also envy you as that too is now a distant memory for me.

For those who stayed at home I hope it was pleasant.

Me! I worked as usual, Saturdays and Sundays being the days when madame has guests. In fact on Saturday I managed to put in 19 hrs.

Whoa Joe. Lake Ditrict you say. Is that in York? Can you give us more of an idea as to location?. I know piss-all about the UK other than London. Sorry!

Unespected, the temperature dropped to 16 Celsius from 30 C a few days ago.

I cleaned and cooked. Made a truckload of Sushi, for friends and I, some Sashimi and Miso soup broth. Then made 4 doz muffins on Sunday and 4 potful of various stews. All for the freezer.

In the fall there is a small kid inside me who wants to make sure there's food in the freezer for the winter.

I do this every darn year. It's as if I expect the next great Famine of the century to hit my apartment during winter.
