I had a split breakfast. I was going to eat breakfast at a restaurant, but I knew it wouldn't be until 10 AM.

So I ate at home beforehand. I had an orange, two small guavas, strawberries, banana, and oatmeal w/spread, raisins, and 1% milk. I made an effort to eat fresh fruit, since restaurants usually don't serve them, or if they do, they're expensive, and usually flavorless underripe cocktails.

At the restaurant I had a bacon and Swiss cheese omelet w/Cholula hot sauce, grits and biscuit, both w/butter, and coffee w/half and half.
