carne asada vegetable burrito (I coerced the girl to give me some of the vegetarian side stuff too --hence the "vegetable"), seafood Alfredo pasta, double provolone cheese burger with mushrooms and pesto sauce and pickles and lettuce and tomato, earl grey black tea, peanut butter chocolate cheesecake brownie, cup of milk.

omg I'm so full right now....
 
I had a vegetable omelette and just a little bit of vanilla icecream for afters.
 
for dinner tonight I am baking a small ham, spinach and baked potato
 
Baked Fresh Ham (pork, not cured), sweet potato, corn & peas,
Skim Milk
 
Corned beef and cabbage, salad, home made rolls, sparkling cider and Blue Bunny Bunny Tracks ice cream.
 
whole wheat penne pasta, spicy red sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and shrimp
 
yellow rice with corn and veggies, green beans with red bell peppers, linguine with meat sauce, cheese onion pizza, earl grey black tea, caramel cheesecake, cup of orange mango juice, CLIF bar!
