  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

What did you have for dinner?

^AnalblasT, that is so yummy that I just had to reply to it...

I'll be having pasta with Bolognese sauce

A few pork spare ribs the I simmered in spaghetti sauce, some fruit, ice cream.

Spaghetti w/ the sauce and sausage/simmered rib meat - fell off the bones. Mmm Mmm Good.
Shredded Parmesan, Italian Bread.

Moroccan chook, spiced couscous, steamed carrots & green beans. Banana split for dessert. Mmmm yummy. :-)

It's been a boring, but tasty week. BIG pot of sauce so, same thing I had on the 28th.
I had it last night.
Will probably have it again tonight.
And for lunch - Lasagna, lol.

And yet more pasta for dinner. Still working on the pot of sauce.

Tomorrow maybe something different, lol.

I had my Friday Fish Fry w/ salad and chowder for lunch, then
had a nice burger w/ salad, shared some loaded fries w/family for dinner.

Meat loaf! Made fresh at a supermarket near me. Even though it's a chain (Giant Eagle...use to be Topp's) they have fantastic meat loaf, covered in lots of tomato sauce. Cut it in slices, heat it up in the microwave, and put it between the end pieces of a loaf of bread....yum......

I stuffed 2 filet mignons with wild mushrooms wrapped in bacon & grilled

Dynk,
I love your menus, but that may be one reason you needed the surgery you just had, lol.

We had fresh corn on the cob - A farmer said it's only the 2nd time in 40 years that we have had corn ready in our area before the 4th - normally "knee high by the 4th of July".

Plus Roasted Cornish game hen, a small portion of Tuna Mac Salad that I put together for tomorrow's picnic.

Skim Milk.

Family Picnic.
It. Sausage w/ Provolone, Peppers& Onions,
Romaine w/ Strawberries & creamy dressing, baked beans - 15 variety, Tuna Mac salad, Watermelon, Birthday Cake sans frosting - it was too rich.
Water.
