Just finished the last of the meat loaf. Damn, I hate being broke. I could have really used a restaurant cooked meal tonite. But my wallet said "no".

VEGGIES: steamed spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans.
ENTREE: mixed two "box meals": SPINACH DAL, and DAL MAKHANI, over an 8-ounce package of rice. Added some stir-fry portabello mushrooms and bean sprouts, and added pepper and curry powder. YUM!!!
Actually, I ate one-half of it, and saved the other one-half for my meal on (probably) this coming Monday.
