  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

What did you have for dinner?

Haddock Fish Fry - w/ Panko Bread Crumbs, Blue Moon for a drink side salad.

I was just thinking about that when I stumbled on this thread...what to have for dinner...

Well a friend is stopping by, but I don't think he's going to help me out (I wish he would though, the boy has some MEAT on him) haha.

So I'm thinking spaghetti? Maybe pizza because I'm lazy, but I don't like eating pizza too much.

I need to get some meat and veggies and toss 'em in the slow cooker...now that's good eating!

I grilled some baby beef liver with sauteed onions and bacon

I almost joined Dynk with the menu tonight, but wound up having Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, matzo ball soup -- we ate out at a new "diner".

Lemon Meringue Pie for dessert.

I had breakfast tonight. I ate eggs over medium, breakfast potatoes with white onions and red peppers diced into them, and a side of typical pork sausage in natural casing with whole wheat toast. I had a cold glass of ice water to wash it all down.

^what no coffee with breakfast?

I sometimes cook breakfast for dinner also.

Well Iwent out woth my Roommate and two other acquaintances and ate A a Thai Restaurent here in Knoxville called "ATaste Of Thai. We all had No. 34 on the menu which is Rainbow ( yes no pun intented) w veggies, broccoli, mushrooms ( I omitted them I don't like mushrooms) carrots and baby corn ears, you have to request the hotness of your sauce from 1 to 5. So we all go hotness level three. You can get the Rainbow platter with you choicre of chicken, Tofu, or beef. Or just veggies. It was intense but it did not make your eyes water and make you yell for your mother.....LOL!!!! So when in Knoxville check it out.

I so hate that baby corn. Never saw that until 2000. Also the only place I see it si in Asian restaurants.
