  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

What did you have for dinner?

Last night I had a meeting, so Arby's Med. Roast Beef w/ L-T, 20oz Jamocha Shake.

Tonight - Quien Sabe?

Small "Red Osher" Roast Beef Sub w/ LTO, Sw Peppers, Provolone, Mayo, plus a side dish of mac salad.
Headed from work to Hospital to see niece who was front ended by a drunk 19YO at 8:30AM a week ago.

She's on the mend - but it's going to be a long trip - easier to say what wasn't broken!

I've been lazy for too long, too much time sitting in front of the pc playing World of Warcraft. So I have come to the decision that I want to trim down a bit. I have been working on a diet and have been excercising almost every night.

Breakfast, lunch and snacks for the past two weeks have consisted entirely of low-fat milk or juice or water and some kind of fresh fruit. Dinner has consisted of something reasonably sensible, maybe not the perfect choice but at least it hasn't been fast-food takeout.

Last night's dinner was fish, green beans and a small bowl of white rice with black pepper.

Tonight will be roasted vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, broccoli and zuchini) roasted in a hot oven.

Saturday will be stir fry vegetables with strips of lean beef.

Sunday will be grilled chicken breasts with a small helping of mash potatoes and corn.

Anyone have any healthy dinner ideas to share?
