RIBS! Delicious tender juicy pork ribs in seriously amazing sauce from Texas Back 40... with sweet potato fries and a salad, and banana pudding for dessert. Mmmmmmm!

Stuffed Shells from hospital cafe. Picked up some watermelon hearts, strawberries, blueberries and rye bread dip/chunks of pumpernickel on the way home.

I went food crazy tonight.
Grilled fish fillet, Corn/vegetable/onion mix thing, cheesy thick macaroni shell things, veggie combo pizza, creme de leche cake, strawberry ice cream sandwich.

And then a late night snack of pre-prepared California rolls

I've just made a batch of home made sausage rolls.
Cooking in the oven as I write.
I'll have them with some home made tomato sauce.
