Friendly's "New" OLD/Retro Classic Bacon Cheeseburg on grilled bread w/ FF and DeCaff.

Was concert night for one of the kids.
I resisted the ice cream temptation, though.

Roasted Chicken, then put a good-sized salad w/ mixed greens, peppers, tomatoes, pine nuts together, topped with some of the roasted chicken, Sesame Ginger dressing.

Healthy and flavorful.

I think this is Tacos and enchiladas night unless the boss decides the

southern style potato salad has had enough marinade time.....If so its

that and Fried Chicken, cob corn and avocados with tomato and garlic

shrimp. Get those fresh veggies while we can.

We've three wee bairn from teen to tween,
with vessels seminal long since tied,
While number three was a pleasant surprise,
Anyone accusing me of paternity, has lied.

So bunny food is OK for me,
and healthy for my heart,
The roughage is also good what ails,
so I try to do my part.

Tonight's not so gourmet "feast" -
Grilled Hamburg (I did a big batch and froze some a bit back - no fuss tonight.)
Salt Potatoes - easy on the salt.
Corn
Broccoli
Milk

London Broil w/ Homefries for Lunch.
Donated platelets after work, so ran through Wendy's and got a couple double stacks add l-t, small fries, small diet.

Not gourmet, but provided some quick carbs that I needed.

I enjoy my veggies but, I think there may be a picture of me next to the word "omnivore" in the dictionary, lol.

Gotta have my high quality protein.

Mexican take out from a little hole in the wall.

Refrieds, enchiladas (beef and chicken) rice, buritto and their in house

KILLER red/green salsas. Acid reflux time but damn its worth it.

Nothing much. Had Lasagna for lunch, again-
Dinner was a little roasted chicken and a small burger, a couple handsful of Kettle Corn, milk.

In about 3 hrs,
Cornish game hens

stuffed with wild rice and mushrooms

Fresh asparagus in a garlic cheese sauce

Fresh tomato, cukes and ppl onion slices marinated in red wine and wine vinegar.

And of course fresh San Fran Sour dough loaf with garlic butter.
