What did you have for dinner?

Tonight it will be ever tasty grilled Chicken accompanied by roasted butternut squash and two medley's because I couldn't make up my mind... one is roasted potatoes and carrots and the other is roasted celery, green onion and red bell peppers with a bit of ginger thrown in for good measure....
 
I am finishing up Flat iron Steak that is marinated in brown sugar, cayenne pepper, black pepper, a splash of worchestershire sauce and a equal splash of white wine and then i cut slits and put about three cloves of garlic into the meat....with that fresh corn with red and green bell peppers and some roasted yellow squash and new potatoes.... nom nom nom
 
Li'l Bit heated up some homemade vegetarian pho and a couple of veggie burgers. It's tasty-licious.

Tonight is marina with ground chuck added, Sweet italian sausages grilled to golden perfection then finished in some beef broth in the oven a top shells witha nice crusty baguette .... nom nom

And Don I love PB and J... especially crunchy...
 
A very good sushi restaurant has opened up a few blocks from home. I may be developing an expensive habit with them.

MicroBaked Potato (small)
1% Milk
 
Pork Chops and Apple Sauce...and they were swell.
 
Leftover Mexican lasagna. It's one of those things that's so much better the next day.
 
Li'l Bit went out for dinner. He had a salad and some spinach tamales with black beans on the side.
 
A couple of pieces of leftover pepperoni pizza and some kettle chips.

Morning, guys.

Just had some ham & cheese egg scramble plus a pumpernickel bagel w/ jalpeno cream cheese for breakfast.
 
Chili Colorado Burritos, Fish Taco, Beer

FRIDAY NIGHT: A combination enchiladas plate (four different kinds of enchiladas) with sauce, lettuce, some kind of cheese on top...side of frijoles refritos (refried beans), homemade nachos and salsa. We actually have an authentic, world class Mexican restaurant in this small town.

The Egg/Ham/Cheese scramble was leftovers my daughter did, so it was lightly seasoned.
And the bagel speaks for itself.
Jalapeno Cream Cheese.
