Well Friday night I didn't post because I cooked myself take out from Freddie's in the form of a double cheeseburger...

This afternoon I had a big meal since I am off and potting around the place.... Italian sausages in a red meat sauce, Baked beans with Texas Pit flavor, Two poached eggs, some red potato home fries with fresh garlic and onion and cooked down in real butter.... not healthy but DAMN it was good.

This is one of my 2 or 3 times a week "vegetarian" days

Tonight's dinner will be Steaks on the grill, roasted brussel sprouts with garlic and bacon crumbles and Sauteed Broccoli in olive oil and garlic.... oh and since it is Jame's Birthday we will have Carvel Ice Cream Cake for dessert.
