Do you listen to the radio or CD's? Or are you absorbed in your own thoughts?

When I'm alone I listen to educational CD's or National Public Radio. But when I'm with my partner, we listen to music. What about you?

Radio while driving

and sometimes on my computer. I love Nights with Alice Cooper

but downloaded music, otherwise

cd's Mozart's - "Cosi Fan Tutte" and "Follies" - Stephen Sondheim

it has been that way for 7 years now, but i am thinking of adding a new cd, "Company" - 2006 Revival - Stephen Sondheim

i really believe in listening to my music over and over and over and over.](*,)](*,):help::help:

CDs or MP3s. Right now, if I start my car, it'll be playing Neville Mariner & Acadamy of St.-Martin-in-the-Fields' rendition of Ravel's Bolero. Warning. . . use cruise control! Your right foot gets heavier in direct proportion to the "heat" of the music! Last time I listened to this CD, I found myself driving 67 mph in a school zone!

nobody has said road head yet? well then again, you would be receiving it and not giving it.

It depends on the mood. Sometimes if its early in the morning, it will be some good mellow music. Afternoon/evening, it can be rock, metal or punk. At night its pretty much up for grabs.

I have been know to be in a pensive mood while driving though. Usually thinking about the guy that isn't there lol. :(

umm listen to the radio make sure i look good in the mirror and on my cell

Listen to my favorite gay podcasts. And book review podcasts (NPR, NY Times, etc.) - weird, I know.

I agree with JDsmagik. I drive the busiest non-interstate highway in my state and people are flossing teeth, shaving, putting on makeup, reading, changing CDs, smoking and talking on cell phones. They almost pass their exit and cross 4 lanes of traffic without a signal to exit. I've driven this road for 30 years without an accident only becasue I drive without distractions and mostly becasue I drive defensively. I have a bumper sticker which says Attention Drivers: Horn and Finger in Working Condition!

I have XM Radio, and listen to that, and radio sometimes. Lately, I've just been turning it off and enjoying silence while driving and working. I enjoy music more when I'm driving leisurely.

Music, phone, smoking, cursing, balancing my chequebook and needle point.

I always have music on, sometimes the radio and sometimes a CD, but always something. I also sing, talk to myself, plot revenge and/or dialogue, look at other drivers, look at the scenery, and drive the car. If I have a passenger, I talk to him/her rather than plotting and singing and talking to myself, but I still look at the other drivers and the scenery at the same time.

I have to have a lot going on when I'm driving, or I get sleepy.

^^I'd drive around with you and sing too! Better yet, I'd let YOU sing to me! ;)
