You ain't the only one. I'm a grower, who doesn't grow much. If I was a farmer, I go broke very quickly...
Very comfortable using a trough!
I used to be pee shy and would only use a trough if no one else was in the mens room. I got over the pee shy thing years ago and have been able to pee anywhere that I won't get arrested. I've gone 180 degrees in the opposite direction and now like to pee where other people can see me in action. I used a trough urinal at a soccer game a few years ago and enjoyed peeing openly with the other guys. That was proof to me that I finally beat the pee shy thing. I don't really go out of my way to check out other guys when I pee, yet I could care less if they want to look at me.
I just returned from a trip to Europe. In a Dublin bar, there was a ceramic wall that guys pissed against. You took one step up onto a small platform and let it rip. One guy came in, saw me, and used the stall. Another guy came in and joined me. The guy said hello and asked me if I was American. We chatted while we peed, and I was fine with it.
Found those wall type trough urinals in many places n Europe. I went to a famous place in Paris that had a hallway marked toilets. As you enter, the womens cabin is on the right; the mens cabin just past the womens, and then straight ahead is an open area with the sinks and urinals for everyone to use. From the entrance, You can totally see the guys at the urinal. I loved it, and had a nice long pee with tourists passing the doorway and women using the sinks right next to the urinals. Good times!

I'm guilty of that and when I find the answer I'll let you know. I love getting naked in our gym showers and seeing the young men too. Maybe it's because the cock is not the obvious focus of attention when so much else delights.

Guess I'll be that guy here to say i enjoy them. But they're DEFINITELY not the easiest place to peek for two reasons.
1) A lot of people don't use them with the same reasons as most of you.
2) There aren't always a lot of people using it unless the urinal is in a basketball court, baseball field etc. And it's hard to get good, long looks because there are eyes EVERYWHERE.

I don't hate them, but I sometimes can't go right away if people are near me.
Hard to find one in here but we used to have it in our school, I only need to go if I really need to. I am a pee shy and a bad experience when I was peeing in the urinal with partition, there this one guy standing behind me and just watch me pee. I was scare and I ran out as soon as possible after I finished. He doesn't seem friendly.
