  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

what do you think when you see this map?

I think the world is doing great on legalizing homesexuality.

We're more than fifty percent conquerring over the world already! YAY!

and those 5 countries needs more television and access to the media.(lol, i'm kidding.)

but I do hope that the next time a map of the same shows up again, there will be no other colors than the beautiful royal dark blue.

That I've never been so proud to live in something shaded dark blue.

i think it's interesting that there are almost as many dark blue nations as red one.

it's also interesting to note that most of the orange/red zones are next to each other.

it's interesting to see that South Africa caught up and surpassed the US in human rights in so little time.

Well hopefully Australia, will have dark blue after the federal election, later this year

in live in teh Dark Blue! Yay!
i already knew that.. really.. but
it's still pretty kewl ^_^
i look forward to the day the entire map will be dark blue

When ever is see these types of political maps it just goes to show that apparently equality is only for those that have no need for it.
It makes me sad to see that so many counties chose not to even acknowledge unions.
This just seems to show that after you come out of the closet you have to struggle to crawl out from under the rug. Albeit, only if you’re fortunate enough to live somewhere where you wont be killed or thrown in prison.

Truly, this is a strange world. I have my hopes that someday we will all find a way to respect each other.

I think of all the progress that's been made. And of the progress yet to be made.

Lex

I will delay my move to Africa or southwest Asia.

Fortunately most of the yellow/red countries are places I don't really want to go to anyway.

Don't worry -they're coming to you. Those are mostly -if not all- Muslim nations. There's strong pressure to allow Sharia law in Britian, and there's been some talk of doing the same in Canada.
