What film have you recently watched?

I just finished watching "Shelter", which is pretty much the best gay-related movie I've ever seen. The acting was 80% bad & it looked amateurishly recorded, but the storyline was great & the love scenes were outta this world! The two main characters are so bloody hot.

LOL sam did u actually went to see that movie ??? ahahahaah
I think we can't be friends anymore (just kiddin) ;)

I didn't want to see it.

I went with some friends and it was already decided that was what they were going to see. I was just asked to go with them.

LOL! Some of it was actually hilarious...!oops!

loool
No explanation needed !! U saw it ! loool
ehehehe
(Kidding of course ;))

Bewitched, not the Nicole Kidman bomb but a totally different movie from 1945. It's about a woman with split personalities. The psychological angle is really hokey and appears ancient when watched today. However, it's an entertaining little movie.

I watch a lot of movies here's a taste of the last week.

Nick and Norah's infinite playlist - cute

The Curiosity of Chance - Crap

Shelter - Fair

Salo - Disturbing

W. - Big Crap

Burn After Reading - Pure Shit

Finally going to see "Skills Like This" tonight. I'm supposedly in it for about two seconds. :)

Last week saw "The Day the Earth Stood Still"

it wasn't good...

but they gave Keanu the perfect roll

an unfeeling alien, with limited knowledge about the world

>>>and The Forbidden Planet on TV.

Oh, and we watched this. I actually own the soundtrack and love it, which weirds people out.

I watched Dream Girls with an open mind and I was really disappointed and got bored.

I bought Kidulthood on DVD, havent watched it yet.

Girl, Interrupted - Great movie but I thought Winonna's acting was better than Angelina's but then again Angelina does come back at the end with a superb performance...LOVE IT!

One of my favorite films, I watched it when it first came out on a Video tape haha

17 Again was surprisingly charming. And definitely more adult than I expected it to be.

I Love You, Man I also enjoyed. Maybe because I haven't subjected myself to the deluge of Apatow and Apatow-esque comedies of the past few years, but still.

I went to watch Fast & Furious a week ago; the best thing about it was Vin Diesel.

The best films I've watched recently are:

Sweeney Todd - LOVE the whole Johnny Depp & Helena Bonham Carter chemistry; they were a fantastic pairing.

A Beautiful Mind - I'm not usually a huge fan of Russell Crowe (Master & Commander anyone? :bs:), but he gave an absolutely amazing performance.

I've heard very good things about The Boat that Rocked and Monsters vs. Aliens, so I think they're going to be next on my list!

"The Broken Hearts Club"... anyone?
I'll admit that it's not the best movie, in terms of acting but I have to say that I kinda love this movie. It's a cute movie.

Tomb Raider The Cradle of life...

for the 3rd time actually... nothing else on TV

Yeah, I saw that one a while ago. Didn't think it was anything extraordinary, but it was cute in its own way.

Finally saw Slumdog Millionaire in theatres (even though it's already out on DVD) and it was fantastic. Brilliant. Lived up to the hype and more.

Also recently saw Prayers For Bobby, which was really moving and touching, and of course it made me cry. It did feel a bit rushed though, but I guess that's they were on a tight limit, being a TV movie and all.

SLT was good - not great, not bad, just good. And I was actually in it for three seconds. :D

Lex
