What I really miss about my PC when I'm using the mac

The Mac's keyboard characters work across the board in any app. I'm posting this using Firefox.

Regarding dashes, since they were mentioned above, there's the hyphen (-), the en dash (–) and the em dash (—). The hyphen is, of course, the hyphen key, the en dash is option-hyphen and the em dash is option-shift hyphen — in any app, including spread sheets.

Other characters much used are the Spanish question mark ¿ (option-shift question mark), bullet • (option asterisk), degree sign ° (option-shift asterisk), pound sign £ (option-3 or number sign — on my U.S. English keyboard).

With the option key held down, and starting with No. 1 on the top row of numbers but with the option key held down:

¡ ™ £ ¢ ∞ § ¶ • ª º–

With the option and shift keys down:

⁄ € ‹ › fi fl‡ ° · ‚

Some of these may appear redundant, such as < and >, but these latter characters are larger when their more obvious keys are pressed.

Edit: Duh! I forgot to ask the question that's the reason for this exercise: Are the same characters reproduced on Windows machines, such as the euro sign in the second row?Not a chance.
My computer came with a euro key. But I have an Acer, soooo yeah.

And that powerful trojan or virus will come eventually. It is impossible for Apple to avoid it forever.

If you miss your p.c, install osx onto a p.c :)

I looked @ going to mac, however the price difference for me was too great.
