What was the last play that you watched?

One of my favorites though part two is my favorite. Have you seen Love Never Dies?

Not yet - but hope to next time it comes around.

The set the current traveling company has is amazing - hard to believe they went so elaborate for a road show.

I have season tickets to Broadway Across America in Portland, OR. I have often wondered just how much the shows make in profit after paying cast and crew and paying for all the sets, makeup and costumes.

Some of the sets I have seen have been amazing. The first time I saw Beauty and The Beast they had a full huge castle. The thought of it still gets to me.

Last night I saw the musical, "A Bronx Tale" it was a National Touring Company Production. The show was very good! The acting and the story were great! The music was just ok. No memorable music from this show!

The young actor who portrayed Young Calogero as a little boy was great! The show is based on the movie! The show was directed by Robert De Niro and it is based on Chazz Palmientieri's life.

If this show comes to your city go Check it out!

I just saw the musical "The Toxic Avenger" at a small community theater. The actors were so talented, especially the supporting actors. It was a musical comedy and was very good. I like small community theaters where the last row in the theater is the fourth row.

Last night I saw Cirque Du Soleil:Corteo. This is my second Cirque du soleil show and it was amazing! Last year I saw Crystal, which was on ice and was great!

If you have never been to a Cirque Du Soleil show I highly recommend it! They are now touring all over!

I don't really enjoy CDS shows though Le Reve a cirque style show is my most favorite in Vegas.

My first time seeing one of their shows I almost killed a performer as they thought they were funny by dumping popcorn on my head. It wouldn't have been so bad but it was regular popcorn with butter already added and it fucked up my dress shirt.

Just got home from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.

A few funny moments, but not really worth it to me. It was not based on the books or movies, but its own thing. I was told wrong. A lot of drug and drinking humor. Very little candy playing much of a role in the show and chocolate had hardly anything to do with it.

Very disappointed.

Last night I saw "Pray the Gay Away: A true life coming out comedy." It Starred Michael and Zach Zakar, fraternal twins. The play is based on their book. It was a very funny play!

Last night I saw "Shakespeare's R & J" at a small community theater. It was a play about four Catholics school guys secretly reading Shakespeare, which wasn't allowed at their school, and playing the parts. It included most of Shakespeare's lines from Romeo and Juliet. It was good and those into Shakespeare would probably enjoy it. I am not that much into Shakespeare, but I did enjoy the young guys playing the parts.

I just saw the musical "Tommy". It was a fund raiser for a community theater and had only a two show run instead of a 12 show run. It wasn't a full scale show but the singers were outstanding. I really enjoyed it.

I introduced a friend tonight to "In The Heights". It is still one of my top favorites.

Just got back from taking two friends to see "Once." Still one the of the most beautiful shows I have seen.

My one friend was suppose to have seen it with me yeas ago, but couldn't make it. I loved it so I had to take her this time around.

Saturday Night I saw the National Touring Production of "Les Miserables." The show is 3 hours long with an intermission. It is one of the longest shows I have seen on stage! The show was great but too long! The show started on time and finished on time, which is a first! Every show and concert I attend is always at least 5 minutes or later! Never on time!

Some shit my high school had us sit through no idea what it was about all i know was it was senior year didn't have to be in class so it was a win win.

I just came home from seeing "Footloose" in a community theater. There were a lot of high school kids in some of the parts, but the main characters are in high school. It wasn't as good as the movie, but there was a lot of good singing and the kids did well. I enjoyed it.

I just saw "Homos or Everyone in America" at a small theater. It was good. They say that they only do plays by live playwrights and not by dead playwrights. I have never seen any of the plays they do at any other theater. There were chairs for 41 audience members and all but one was occupied. I never know what to expect when I go to this theater and sometimes I enjoy it and sometimes I don't, but I am afraid I might miss something if I don't go.

Last night I saw "Hot Shoe Shuffle" at a local theater. The show is a new musical and was supposedly a big hit in London and Australia. The show is about when seven tap brothers receive a ******** telling them that they will inherit millions from their late father if they reproduce the famous Hot Shoe Shuffle one month after his death. More surprises follow when a lost twin sister turns up.

The second half of the show was much better than the first half. The tap dancing and the singing was great! This is the first time that this theatre used a live 10 piece orchestra. Usually the music is recorded music. It made the show much better. As a seasoned subscriber to this theatre this show was the first of 5 shows. the other shows are: Music Man, Evita, A Chorus Line, and Nunsense starring Cindy Williams (from Laverne and Shirley).

I just saw "Kinky Boots" put on by Baldwin Wallace University. The college kids put on a spectacular show, as I knew they would. I have mixed feelings about the story, but I guess it was good and I enjoyed it.
