Well, what part ? Thats really important. In Cali, we like Europeans, love the accents no real problem for you...Just don't be shocked if we don't know of the city your coming from. You wont have any real issue with anyone.

The health care thing isn't that big of an issue as people make it out to be. If your broke get on MediCal or Medi Care, not sure what is the difference but they are probably some of the best in the land, even if you have money. The Doctors are very good in general also....
