Where would the Brits turn to if they didn't have Harry and Meghan to hate on? It is a national sport.
 
I hope Mandy fights this. He knows enough pricey lawyers to do it. The crime is not pissing in public, that is what we are forced to do. The crime is closing all the public toilets so that there is nowhere to go. The council should prosecute themselves.
 
I wondered if he was marking his territory. I'm with you on the public lavs problem. At my age I need to go more often than I used to and I've built up a mental map of where the toilets are in central London, mostly in museums, galleries and colleges. When they're all shut there's only pubs. Also Macdonald's will often let you use theirs if you look respectable.
