There are other members who won't leave but would agree with those leaving about how much JUB has changed...whatever that means.
why don't we ask the many members who have left the website why they have done so?
we could start with the views of Danno.
maybe every member who leaves should fill out a questionaire as to the reasons for their actions, so that maybe we can get some insights as to why they are do doing what they are.
why not have the JUB staff and moderators prepare a survey for the members to reply to, to see if we can correct what is going on on the website.?
eM.
maybe this thread will give us a clue as to what is wrong?

marley, you are totally correct and you have stated the problems well.Croy, I'm actually going to have to agree with you on this one. One thing that might turn people away is the members who simply use the sight for self-promotion and glorification, and the members who use the sight to get wank material with these "How young were you when you first....." and "When was the first time you...." threads. I know some of them are just people genuinely looking for someone to relate to, but Stevie Wonder can see that some of the thread/posts are just an excuse to get people to sexualize children, to hear tales of 9 year olds masturbating and 13 year olds sucking off their uncle. I'm fine if it's a true discussion, but sometimes I feel gross just reading those threads, it's like kiddie porn literature.

Oh, I wasn't aware of that problem... it must happen far from my jubborhood.[/color][/b]marley, you are totally correct and you have stated the problem well.

Then I wonder how you end up reading them.Perhaps the Mods could add an option to the Account Deletion page. Blackgaychat has a tab on the AD page where, not only can you can give a reason for deleting your account, you can makeit public. People who click on your profile will get the message; "So-and-so deleted their account because..yada yada yada."
People might not be inclined to take a survey, but with the option I talked about above, they can simply air their grievances in a sentence or a novel if they so desire.

So that's why your most recent threads are less inspiring and more average-JUB-sillyJUB doesn't change...the Jubbers change. The site will always be the same, most forums will be. Every new Jubber fills a role that a previous Jubber has already moved on from. It's just a matter of knowing when it's your time to give up the role.
So this is why today I came to notice your absence: you were about to come back with that post.me i'm missing
been busy y'all
So this is why today I came to notice your absence: you were about to come back with that post.
You were in my bed, on your back, with a condom on, what else was I supposed to do?
I know good and well my poisonous attitude turns some people off, I'm workin on that. Atleast I'm willing to admit it.
Back to topic though, I think the preferential high-schoolesque cliques turn some people off. If the right person makes an "I'm leaving" thread they get pleas to stay, "Nooo, don't go!" If the wrong person makes the same exact thread, they get "Quit attention-whoring, if you wanna leave just leave."
If the right person fills a post with condescending, cutting remarks and insults they get praise from their friends for being so witty, a less-favored posting writing the same exact post gets scolded and possibly an infraction.
That's just my 2 cents.

Don't tell me you too received superpowers after suffering a terrible accident.
