I just got a great buy on a huge bunch of fabulous looking asparagus at the store. Usually, I put it on a plate with some butter, Saran Wrap it tight and microwave it...
That way is good, but fattening .
It won't fit in my steamer without cutting it in half, (the asparagus, not the steamer
) ....So, there must be a better way.
Ideas ? Thoughts ? Suggestions ?
