Seriously it’s probably some tiktoker or YouTuber. It’s all about the bling with them. Real billionaires rarely show off like that and have the money to not be roaming dangerous streets. Don’t they know they could run into belamo in a back alley at any time?

That aside, flaunting and bragging is a big deal to most people. Having one's wealth appear in the news is widespread bragging -- a flaunters dream come true.
