  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

What's your breakfast routine?

i think even aunt jemima makes a sugar free pancake syrup...

but it's standard chemical sweeteners i think, not natural like stevia or anything.... so... not sure how you feel about chemical sweetened stuff

I can't eat breakfast. I was to eat something, within 20 minutes it would come back up, and I'd feel rotten the rest of the day. So instead I have a Pepsi, and a cowboy killer.

I used to have the Big Breakfast deluxe (with pancakes) from McD's every once in a while, but it has almost a full days calories.

Now I occasionally get the breakfast burrito and a sausage McMuffin (no egg)

I'm not a food purist, but I have yet to taste an artificial sweetener that didn't make me gag. I seem to be unusually sensitive to the ghastly after-taste.

I may just stick to my current plan. Avoid sugar as much as possible, but on occasion indulge and just drown the pancakes in maple syrup.

I LUV that you say "good morning" to your dog !

My kinda guy... (*8*)

Of course, doesn't everyone? I mean, after spooning all night its kinda rude not to.

I just wish he kept his editorial comments about body odour to himself... sometimes I'm too tired to shower before bed!

I think I love you. :luv:

You obviously haven't had to deal with me in the morning. Its safer to be on different floor... different house is best. At least until I finish my coffee.

But, seriously, I am half single ;-)

agreed. the only thing i seem to like artificial sweeteners in is diet soda.

Coffee, strong; this is the only constant.

Everything else depends on my mood and how much time I have.

YES. I wake up and drive to work, but once I'm there I make sure I have coffee in hand and whatever else I managed to pack the night before. It's usually something like an avocado with almonds or just a regular peanut butter and jelly sandwich (with low sodium bread). I haven't taken vitamin supplements since I was a kid, as I tend to eat pretty healthy.

Star t off with a couple cups off coffee, then in a few hours, I'll eat a brunch sort of meal.
