What's your favourite cologne?

I have 8 bottles of cologne in my medicine closet. I wore a different one each day. My favorites are "Black" by Kenneth Cole and "Romance" by Ralph Lauren. I get many compliments on both. Just wear enough so you don't smell like a department store. I hate going to the market and smelling someone two isles away.

really depends on how strong the cologne is.

the "standard" is to spray your wrists and dab your neck, since those are the areas where your skin meets the air most often... but if it's a particularly strong scent and you don't want it to be overpowering, then the "spray in the air and walk through it" does the job.

I have Paris Hilton's Heir cologne! It's a little too floral for my taste, but it's nice for summer.

I swear by Muscs Koublai Khan fragrance by Serge Lutens. It is extremely high in musk and in indoles. For those who don't know, indoles are what give shit that distinctive aroma.

Also remember fellas, the proper way to wear cologne is to squirt it once in the air and walk into it, you can also dab it behind each ear too. Sometimes people go crazy with the stuff, the other day a guy in my class was wear so much cologne that the entire class reeked of it. I had such a bad headache afterwards, so don't be that guy.

I normally do a short spritz on my chest, one on one wrist and rub them together, then spray it into the air and wave it over my head. Nobody's ever complained that I wear too much, and I've had a few people tell me I smell great.

Good suggestion though! Too many men don't know this.

For years, I wore Davidoff's Cool Water. But only when I went out socially. For work, (and for the kids with allergies) I didn't.
Then, when I was in Macy's one day, I was sniffing a tester of an old timer I used to buy for my dad, Aramis. I didn't like it for myself, when I was a kid, but now it smelled so good to me!
I had to buy a bottle!
So, I still wear Cool Water, but I also love the smell of Aramis too!

almost two years later, my tastes are still the same.....

I love "Black"; Paul Sebastion and Pleasures by Estee Lauder. I get many compliments when I wear these colognes at work - and remember- don't bath in it guys!

Swiss Army Altitude! It's amazing and I get a ton of compliments!
It has a citrus and airy woody scent straight from the Swiss Alps.

I use it too! It has a pleasant, subtle quality unlike the "cheapies". You cannot discern it from across the room. However, talk about brand extension! Sort of like Apple coming out with a blender.
