In the mid 60's with strong gusty winds, the latter part of week we are going experience a ice storm we had on 10 years ago.

That's why I'm heading out to the store in an hour or so to get some groceries and to avoid the ice that's undoubtedly coming. Peterborough is particularly stingy with sidewalk sand. Their spreaders dole it out by the teaspoon.

Neil, we have friends in Orillia and watch their weather. London is always more moderate in the winter. Snow and ice all gone, above freezing at moment.

I don't hear much about the weather in Orillia, but Barrie and Apsley get serious snow where we might just get flurrries.

You get the thunderstorms. We get the blizzards. ;)

64 degrees here ... too bad it drops through the 40s into the 30s tomorrow... but next week is supposed to be mild again, low to mid 50s

Last Saturday it was in the teens and snowing. Today (Thursday) it's 69.
