What's Your Weather Like?

So at this very moment I have listened to thunder rumble constantly for over 20 minutes...no break at all.

To the north and east they are expecting havoc.

And we are sitting here with baited breath.

I could do with some cooler weather right now. Tired of it being in the 90's.

So what ended up happening at your farm weather-wise?

We have a heatwave going on till Thursday or Friday.

All Peloso's fault.

Hot. But for God's sake I don't want a breeze from our North, where Vannie resides. That shit be stinkin'! Especially if cabbage was consumed prior to wind blowing!:dead:

Worry about your own self on Pasta Fagioli night!

Unseasonably hot. Remember I'm back in Michigan permanently. Todays high 88º; normal 68º
I have a neighbor that is going to move there. She grew up there and wants to live close to her sister. She has to cross the Mackinac bridge to get there. They bought one home that has a water view that they are fixing up, but are still looking for a property on the water. I don't remember the name of the city. I think it is in St. Ignace. Tiny town.

St. Ignace is the town on the North end of the bridge, very touristy because it's the major port to get over to Mackinac Island. I bought inland so my new house was cheap, only expensive real estate here is on the water, Great Lakes being more expensive but inland lakes are right up there.

Weather broke at 7 AM with a giant thunderstorm, 1 1/2 inches of rain in about 2 hours, temperature dropped after that. Forecast high for Friday only 60º and cloudy.

Had some awesome thunderstorms a few evenings ago, now it's being like autumn.
We never did get any decent summer weather. If the summers are going to be dry, they could at least be warm!

We haven't had any rain (1.75 inches) since the 2nd week of August. We could sure use it. It cooled off for us last week with highs in 80F's or less. I thought fall had arrived. But this week it will be in the low 100F's except for today with a high of 92F expected.

Wow....hotter and drier than S. CA. Highs 73-83 for the next few weeks inland. Thankful for nice weather at the moment. This winter they are estimating that California and the south will get more rain, and it will be drier to the North.
