It might also be said that dance steps are an excellent way of improving our cardio vascular capacity. That apart from exercising our mind with the black, and white issues of lifes journey, that are always encouraging us to move into our future with caution. :D
 
In my kitchen we have tiles, which I don't think about at all I just walk on them.

When I'm outside though, I always avoid stepping on lines/gaps/crackes in tiles. I also don't walk over drains, ESPECIALLY three in a row.
 
I do a lot of stuff like this, I like things to be even. I think I do it more when I am feeling nervous about something. If I am walking somewhere and my foot touches something (say a drain cover or a wall) I try and touch it with the other foot too. I do it without thinking about it and don't realise until I have already done it.

This one time an old lady bumped into me (our shoes touched) and I turned around and kicked her with my other foot !oops! I kicked a little old lady to make things even.
