When you buy new underwear, do you wash it before wearing it?

I alternate between C-IN2 trunks and Jockey boxer briefs.
I never washed them before wearing them before.......don't think I'm gonna start now....... (!)

I'm half and half. Standard, unexciting pairs of briefs, boxer briefs, etc. usually get thrown in the wash. It's less a cleanliness thing than wanting to get the wrinkles/creases out right away.

Is this something we should be concerning ourselves with, creases in our undies? I've never considered that. Gosh, mine never get ironed or anything - off the line (not the dryer), folded*, into drawer.

*we can agree to disagree on how well and neatly my stuff is folded.

I wash all my clothes including underwear and bedsheets/pillow cases before I wear/sleep on them.

yes i wash everything i wear it for the first time. Becuase some of the dyes they use could give me an allergic reaction. Now you have to add bed bugs to the mix.

I wash things everyday, but new things are a must to be laundered. I am allergic to material additives called "sizing". But I do have a fetish about other men's dirty or used and soiled underwear, such as cum stains.

Always.

This is even more important to me for shirts, especially dress shirts. I want the chemicals out, which can irritate my skin.

Yes. I wash all my new underwear, including all new clothes before wearing.

I can`t help remembering a documentary I saw where the textile workers slept underneath their workbenches- I can`t remember seeing any toilets !
