Rice Pudding

Tapioca Pudding

Rice pudding any day. While in Thailand, I had the misfortune to drive through fields of tapioca. The smell was indescribably disgusting, not to mention when made into a pudding it has the consistency of frogs' spawn! Ugh.

I Love both, but I've been eating arroz con leche for two days, so tapioca it is.



and I prefer Puertorrican Rice pudding, with tons of spices and coconut milk!!!

The "banana pudding" shown in post #9 is actually a piece of Banana Meringue Pie, all mangled up... isn't it?

There is a company that makes it in the US....I have bought it at Whole Foods before....it is yummy...
