But most of us are so well known by our name, that you'd know it was a Mod posting whether it said moderator under our name or not. :)

I certainly wouldn't want anyone to feel 'intimidated' because I was a part of a discussion in a thread. Unless I'm stating very clearly that what I'm posting is as a moderator - ie warning people to calm down - then I'd expect people to feel comfortable to disagree with my opinion and/or have a laugh with me.

I don't consider myself to be an 'aggressive' poster, so I can't alter my posting style to be less intimidating - that would have to be a personal issue that the individual member has to address.
