Here is the Republican National Platform. It does not contain one scrap of anything you state. It does not mention any "condemnation" of gays or make ANY statement about gays at all. It voices it's opposition to legal recognition of gay marriage, as every single Democratic National ticket since Clinton has.

Gay couple adoption is only prohibited in four states, (New Hampshire rescinded theirs.), the first state to prohibit it was Florida in 1977, which passed it with both houses completely controlled by the Democratic Party and signed by Democrat Governor. Mississippi, passed by a completely controlled Democrat Legislature, signed into law by a Democrat Governor. Oklahoma, passed by a split Legislature, (it just recently became split...), and signed into law by a Democrat Governor. Colorado, both the restriction and the recent loosening of it, were passed by state-wide voter referendum. Utah is the only Republican controlled, (and overwhelmingly Mormon), state to restrict "gay adoption", but unlike the first three states, (all Democrat at the time.), in Utah, there is no gay "ban", it's law prohibits ALL unmarried couples form adopting. Gay's cannot adopt as a "couple", as that is not recognized, but can individually.

As usual, Liberals will find some way of ignoring these facts, as they perennially ignore their own Parties candidates opposition to gay marriage, and go on with their own "gay bashing"...
