OMG, this one kid at my school has the cutest/hottest voice ever. It's JUSt the right amount of English accent. Yum.

Mine would be Jeffery Combs who played Weyoun in Star Trek DS9 and also played an Andorian Commander in Star Trek Enterprise. Jeffery Combs also does the voice acting for The Question for Justice League Unlimited. Jeffery Combs also played the part of Liquidater Brunt (but no one is a sexy Ferengi).

I absolutly love his distinct voice.
 
I know it sounds weird but Chris Kristophersons voice does it for me every time.(sighs)
