Why are asian guys stereotyped as bottoms in the gay community?

1 many people assume a small penis = bottom

2 asian men are seen as very effeminate, elaborate hairstyles, overgrooming, sensitivity, affinity for obscure pop ballads, traits typically associated with bottoms.

it is true. you do learn something new everyday because this is the first time that i'm hearing about this for real. never heard about asian guys being stereotyped for being bottoms. if anything, i thought they may have been stereotyped for being tops.

yes please. i know the "asian men are feminine!" stereotype exists, but lets all keep in mind that its a stereotype. bruce lee, ghandi, the dalai lama, and kim jong-il are all asian men too... and 3 of those arent atypical looking.

I'm Asian and I prefer to bottom as I perform better as one. I wouldn't mind topping, it's just the one time I tried to do it, I couldn't get hard (same thing happened when I bottomed as well). Of the four, fully 3 are tops only, and the other is versatile with about 50/50 top vs. bottom. Usually if I disagree with the OPs thread, I would call it a "stupid topic" or a "stupid thread starter". Tomato / tomatoe. We agree. It's the limitation of the written word in a casual environment, I suppose.
