Ever thought that they may homophobic because:

oh FOR SURE!!! i mean, i can't speak for anyone else but, i find it IMPOSSIBLE to refrain from throwing myself at every hot guy that crosses my path. gay or straight? fuck it...if you're hot, then you're fair game...|
 
It could be that some of these young, hot, straight dudes are feeling the pressure of being leered at and pushed up on. Not by you, of course, but by other men. They could even have some latent gayness that hasn't flowered yet. I wouldn't be surprised if a few wind up in gay-for-pay porn in a few years. "There's a thin line between love and hate."
 
I was talking about this with my counselor a few weeks ago. We came to the conclusion that it was simply a "Re-affirmation of Masculinity" for their own benefit. Sad, really.
