that ethics and values determine whether you do drugs.
For your inspiration:
Reality is a crutch for people who can't cope with drugs. ~Lily Tomlin
In the 1960s, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird, and people take Prozac to make it normal. ~Author Unknown
Thou hast the keys of Paradise, oh, just, subtle, and mighty opium! ~Thomas De Quincey, Confessions of an English Opium-Eater, Part II
We cannot expect people to have respect for law and order until we teach respect to those we have entrusted to enforce those laws.
- Hunter S. Thompson
Annual drug deaths: tobacco: 395,000, alcohol: 125,000, 'legal' drugs: 38,000, illegal drug overdoses: 5,200, marijuana: 0. Considering government subsidies of tobacco, just what is our government protecting us from in the drug war?
- William A. Turnbow

Back on topic:
Using those drugs can be a wonderful experience. I'm glad I did it, because it taught me things about the world I would never have dreamed of otherwise, but at the same time I find the risk of regular drug use simply to high.
But, like I said before, I wouldn't recommend it to others, because there is a lot that can go wrong, and you won't see it coming. And you will pay, you always pay.
That old chestnut
'Dont do as I do, do as I say'
D-Uh! Coz everyone else does it!
Here's me taking my first line of coke aged 18 - cute huh?

The I NEED TO KNOW! thread reminded me of another reason. I used to see music when on drugs.
That, and It opens doors in your mind that can never be closed. Now doesn´t that sound like fun?!
^
I 'see' music without the use of drugs.
Edit: It's certainly not a 'disorder' (whatever that means these days).
Almost everything can be chemically induced by 'halucinogenic drugs or something'; religious/spiritual experiences, beliefs, and feelings of 'god-consciousness' being the most easily induced, apparently.
Interesting, yes?![]()
Yes, but you probably don't know how I (really) feel about spiritual experiences.we both know how i feel about spiritual experiences
Yes I have, but it was more than 20 years ago, and I have a very poor memory.have you ever read teresa of avillas seven interior castles of the soul?
From what little I remember at the moment, she certainly was.she was quite ahead of her time
are you on a mission to change minds and eradicate drug use or are you asking for opinions
cause this is beginning to look like a cause to me
I appreciate some of the reasons people use drugs- just putting a picture of yourself on the internet- like forever- you cant take it off- is just High scale idiocy. But then again I suppose being proud of your drug taking takes balls.
Just hope he makes his mum proud.
Shut up, you are the ONLY person judging people. Read their answers and deal without being an annoying twat.
