Firstly, we're gay because we're gay. Full stop. It is how we were wired genetically. It doesn't mean that we also can't procreate or even in some cases be completely bisexual.

You see, it is exactly this kind of muddled and negative thinking that makes me think your disconnect with sexuality is more of a mental health issue, but I'm not buying for one minute that you've been given a pass by your Doctor on this issue.

I'd love to know if you told your Doc about not having any sexual desire or never ejaculating in your entire life. Tell us what he said to this admission from you. If he did no follow-up after you told him this, he's a quack. Most Doctors would be all over this one.

There could be all kinds of serious metabolic or genito-urinary conditions underlying this.

But, as usual, you obviously are so much more knowledgable than everyone and so completely happy and fulfilled in your life that once again, I am left baffled as to why you request any opinions at all from others.

It could in fact be related to any of these, or cardiovascular disease or many other things.

One could in fact show you the death certificates of men who died from lack of sex. It was shown that monks had a higher rate of prostate disease than the general population. You think that the body just reabsorbs semen with no ill effect. Studies show otherwise over the long term.

The fact is, you don't know and don't even feel inclined to ask the person who might be able to investigate and answer your questions about the lack of sexual desire.

It is increasingly clear that you are taking a position that your indifference to sex and sexuality is something to be preserved and defended at all costs instead of be examined or challenged. Psychopathy can be the basis for this type of detachment. It has been said that the only people who didn't masturbate were liars or psychopaths.

For your sake, I hope that you pursue getting the counselling or medical help that you need. For my part, I think the only way to deal with you is to give you the solitude and isolation you seem to so desperately be seeking.

I'm on the other end of the spectrum. I think about sex way to much. Even after having sex, I just want to have more sex. I don't know how you can live without sex.
