Why does this woman still have a job?

She's being coached by the Liberty Counsel. She's a puppet who is too ignorant to realize she's being used by that nut-wing hate group. She should either do her job or resign; it's pretty simple. If I didn't want to follow my city council's direction I had two choices: be fired or quit. Unfortunately Kim Davis can't be fired but she can be thrown back in jail and forced to get out of the way. No accommodation should be made for her since she took an oath to uphold the constitution and laws of the United States and Kentucky. Those do change over the course of 200 years and if she's that much of a brick, then time for her to go.

Until she reconciles what freedom is, and what individual rights are, she will continue to have problems and be a problem. When you allow an individual to discriminate due to religion or personal opinions, you open a dangerous door.
 
Shes been defying the court order by altering marriage licenses, which may invalidate them, so i think shes probably going back to court and hopefully going to prison this time. someone needs to tell her that she doesn't work for the church.

i wonder if people realize how radical and violent the christians will become when they are forced to pick sides.

Glad you did, though, and I hope he wins in a landslide that buries ol' Kimmie under a pile of her own filth. She and her ilk are on the bottom rung of the Christianity ladder, and I would still like to know how God gave her the authority not to do her job.

Good question, considering that was a contract. Since I don't need to be religious to sign such a contract, de facto, the contract isn't demanding religious participation. She was demanded to take part in no religious ceremony and should've been fired the first time around. Can't always say the same for wedding ceremonies, unfortunately.
