What a fantastic story. Your story is better than any other gay story I have read or seen before, true or fictional. A story of friendship, love, and valor; "love made and lost." I hope it turns out to be "love made and lost and found again" in the end. :D
 
James, you and I are in the same boat today! I'm doing what I've been doing all week long... just sitting at home. I am being productive, so it's not like I'm all lazy, but still, spending a lot of time by myself. It was mostly because I was sick for the past two weeks, but yesterday I'm all healthy again, and now I actually want to socialize with people, but everyone else seems to have plans already. I was never anyone who needed anything huge for V-day either, and I've never celebrated any major holidays with any boyfriends for that matter, but I really feel lonely now :( I guess the next best thing right now is JUB.
 
well not only you two are lonely this V day. It's a day we can't bother our straight friends to hang out, because they already have bf/gf and you sit alone trying not to feel lonely but yes you're feeling it. I really don't like V day
 
What happened to Kyle? Did he have plans? What about Will, why can't you guys go out or do something, doesn't have to be a date, but just hangout. Maybe you pursued all of these opportunities, but there just seems to be a gap.

Also, I know Will said he didn't want to do anything, and I think you should honor that, but at the same time, people who are confused say things they do not mean. I am not suggesting you find clues that aren't there, but at the same time, you might just be aware.

I also thought you wanted to maintain a friendship with Will and that seems to have changed or at least very good friends is not an option.

OMG. If I was your best friend, unlike that suspicious Shae person you speak of, I would grab the phone and call Will. Immediately. It's obvious that you're in love. He may be, too. You don't know unless you tell him.
 
I would not let Will's friendship fade away. Make time for him and keep him close.
My best friend since grade school Chris , fooled around with me sexually until he deceided he was straight. We are still thicker than thieves , he ask me about my current sex life and gives good advice.
We go on vacation together , hangout every week and I still love him. I am not in love with him but his friendship means so much to me.
A good and true friend is a rare and special thing but like everythiing in life you must work to keep it alive.
By the way I think there is still something more to come between you and Will in the relationship end of it . Mick

Also, I talked to Kyle this morning before I went to class, after I left work. He said he was thinking about me and would like to see me again. I can't wait to see him again. I'm trying to convince him to move in with his brother so we can see each other more often. I'm thinking about calling in sick tomorrow and skipping my class and going down to see him. I don't want to give you false hope but my spider sense is tingling and it tells me that Will is still open to things. I hope that you can find happiness with Kyle and that things don't get too complicated with Will.
 
This is a really great thread. You have some pretty wild experiences to share, and you're a great writer, and pretty cool guy overall.

I agree with those who think that Will may be open to more than you two left it at. It sounds like he's not quite ready to jump right in to it, but if you could have lent more patience, I think he may have opened up more. He may have just been scared, and hadn't had the chance to process his feelings. Perhaps one day it could develop more, if both of you find yourselves available.

I also agree with those who say you're better off to leave Will to sort out his feelings, and pursue a relationship with Kyle, however casual you want it to be with him. I'm happy that you both are hitting it off well, and I wish you the best of luck. I'm looking forward to reading your updates.

So this is okay, right? I didn't post a picture of him, but someone that resembles him. I can't think of anyone that looks like Kyle or Shae, but if I do, I'll do the same. And just to be clear, he doesn't look exactly like Ryan, but very very similar to him.

So I have this coworker named Will and he doesn't resemble your Will at all, but he was my reference whenever I had to picture your Will in my head. And when I see him out and about on the job I'm always reminded of you and your super thread :P

By the way is he the blonde or brown haired guy in the picture?
