Yeah - I have had many contractors at the house and never even came close. And yeah - if they charge by the hour, definitely not worth it.

The UPS man has been the same guy on my parents' street for like 10 years. He's an incredibly hot looking hispanic guy, extremely friendly, very straight with a shitload of kids. I've never had any encounters but there was this father and son that worked on our house a couple years and I saw more than I should have a couple times.
