Would being attracted to hyper-masculine looking men be considered a fetish or a just a preference?

Fetish has migrated as a definition and is now widely used to mean just a preference for a stimulant in sexual attraction.

However, it didn't used to mean that, and typically required some non-sexual aspect of a person or situation to be sexualized. As male secondary sex characteristics would be inherently sexual, hypermasculinity would traditionally have been not a fetish.
