Hi there. Been a long time reader but recent member and am super excited to be here. 
Sometime late last year, I started going to the gym. It has literally SAVED my life and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Prior to joining the gym, well, I'm not even gonna go into that, that's a whole another story.
Anyway, I know genetics play such a huge part in how our bodies are shaped. And I have come to terms that I may never have the 6 pack abs that I would like.
Also, I am aware that most of the abs are made in the kitchen, NOT at the gym.
These are new pictures, taken no less than a month ago. I think I do see some definition but I'd like more if possible.
Any tips? Any areas that I should target more? Thanks all!
