meh

Loaded Baked Potato, with cheese, chives, sour cream, onions, bacon, butter, broccoli, or whatever you like?

well - I never had one but in my oldest cookbook from early 1800 there is a recipe... I remember stories from post WW II days that people would eat them, said it tasted like chicken but you have to be careful with the skin

back to topic

gator tail - well, I think I had it once long time ago in South Carolina

meh

Rabbit with white wine sauce..?

I had rabbit once as a kid when my parents bought some at the supermarket. It seems I vaguely remember that it tasted like chicken. I'll say meh.

Cornish hens?

Never had it. Apparently though, Native Americans used squirrel in the original Brunswick Stew.
