Yum! (As long as it's a cheese I like. People don't put Brie or blue cheese in omelettes, do they?)

Western omelet?
(To our non-American friends: a "Western omelet," usually just a "Western," is an American roadside diner specialty and not really an omelet: eggs scrambled with chopped ham, onion, green bell pepper, sometimes tomato, and American "cheese," spread out flat and cooked solid like an omelet would be. For me, yuck, because of the bell pepper and the bad cheese.)
