Chinese beef noodle soup is one of those things that varies a lot, depending on the quality of the ingredients. I've had quite a few that earned a yum, some that earned a yuck, and one or two that were a bit gross.

Come to think of it, I've never had one -- at least not Latin American-style in a Latin American restaurant.
Yum or yuck would depend entirely on the particular filling and how well it was done.

I prefer Papa Rellena , Papas a la huancaina is ok to me but as its got blended cheese and milk in its sauce it can be a bit tough on my stomach ( it's yum though )
