Yum Or Yuck

Never actually had it. Yumck (bit of both is the feeling I have at the moment lol)

Meat loaf

Yum, but I will eat it every 2nd time I have eggs. Trying to watch certain things lol.

Tacos

Never tried it , must be good

Vegetarian steak ? ( soy meat -made ) yummish to me

Don't know; haven't tried it. Waiting for lab-grown meat to hit stores.

Tofu?

Yum! (Oddly, I only like it from a can; I've never cared for it when restaurants make their own. Especially if they add bell pepper.)
And yeah, I only like tofu in recipes, too; plain, it's just devoid of flavor. A good ma po tofu or soon dooboo jjigae can be a thing of beauty.

Speaking of which ...

Ma po tofu?

That's interesting, you're just about the opposite of me when it comes to corned beef. I love corned beef when cooked in a slice, as in with cabbage, potatoes, and carrots, or in a Reuben sandwich (I've never encountered it served with green pepper, doesn't seem like it would match well), but I'm usually cool to corned beef hash, as in served as part of a breakfast.

I don't think I've ever had ma po tofu, though it sounds like an interesting dish.

Szechuan Chicken?

Oh, I like corned beef in those settings, too. (And St. Patrick's Day is coming up.)

Szechuan chicken? Yuck, if only because I've seen too many very different dishes in different places sold under the name "Szechuan chicken," and they're not all good.

Steak au poivre? (y'all know my answer to that one)
