No to alligator tail just on the assumption that it's going to taste like alligator sausage. That shit tasted exactly like the filter on my fresh water aquarium smelled. But with cayenne pepper added. Ick.

Rabbit casserole sounds good. I've had rabbit a couple of times and liked it. Didn't taste like chicken though.

Wiener schnitzel? Yep. AKA Chicken Fried Steak.

That reminds me of a gag I used to pull with my ex. I'd order the dressed (or stuffed) crabs at a restaurant, and eat the contents out of the shell. Then I'd hold it up and say "Poor Mr. Crab. He's just a mere shell of his former self."
