It could be anywhere.

It is ridiculous to think that health systems could set aside hospitals for Covid patients...geographically it just wouldn't be possible.

There is no reason they can't be in the same building. We know this from 18 months of managing the cases. Their is little to no cross-infection if the patients are in negative isolation and the proper PPE is worn.

Because it's more important not to be told what to do, even if it saves their lives. It's more important to "own the libs" even if they die. It's more important not to get vaccinated so Joe Biden looks bad even if it kills them. None of it makes any sense to a rational mind of course, but they are brainwashed beyond help and hope, intransigent beyond redemption, deluded and deceived and ineducable beyond any sense of reason. Little can be done but leave them to the consequences.

The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked the Biden administration's Covid-related eviction moratorium.

"Congress was on notice that a further extension would almost surely require new legislation, yet it failed to act in the several weeks leading up to the moratorium's expiration," the court wrote in an unsigned, eight-page opinion.

"If a federally imposed eviction moratorium is to continue, Congress must specifically authorize it," the court said...

An estimated 11.4 million American adults are behind on their rent, and Congress has appropriated about $46 billion to help renters and landlords.

A recent study examining trends in ivermectin dispensing from outpatient retail pharmacies in the United States during the COVID-19 pandemic showed an increase from an average of 3,600 prescriptions per week at the pre-pandemic baseline (March 16, 2019–March 13, 2020) to a peak of 39,000 prescriptions in the week ending on January 8, 2021.

Since early July 2021, outpatient ivermectin dispensing has again begun to rapidly increase, reaching more than 88,000 prescriptions in the week ending August 13, 2021. This represents a 24-fold increase from the pre-pandemic baseline.

If "America's Frontline Doctors" sounds familiar, you might be remembering this:

States relaxed the rules around telemedicine visits in order to help keep possibly infected people out of waiting rooms where they might infect other people. The same people who took advantage of addicts during the opiate crisis jumped into the telemedicine business to push hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. They also have partnered with the "pill mill" pharmacies in Florida to ship the ivermectin out to people who got prescriptions.

And then there's this problem since ivermectin is also formulated for veterinary use without a prescription:

Meanwhile, it looks like New Zealand may be having to abandon it's zero covid policy. We are in strict lock down at the moment and yet cases have been steadily climbing each day. The Delta variant has changed the game, being more contagious.

From what you told us, they did not do it quite right quarantining those having been in Australia.

So New Zealand did not find it necessary either to vaccinate its population? All walls are bound to have cracks sometime, but having double walls and continuous maintenance help better than mere wall-building and isolation... even if it is isolation in Paradise... actually, all the more reason to strive to keep it clean :cool:
